Region Nine Housing Corporation is a nonprofit dedicated to providing affordable housing and community support. I provided creative direction for the redesign of their website, which previously struggled to convey their mission, lacked engaging visuals, and offered no digital application process. Our goal was to create a user-friendly, visually appealing website that prioritized accessibility while showcasing the vital work they do. Work done with Sussman.

Streamlining the User Experience
We embraced Region Nine's green color palette and integrated custom housing illustrations to reinforce their brand and commitment to community. The website features large, welcoming photos of residents and properties, along with practical tools like a "search by ZIP" feature and state and county filters for tailored search results. Custom-designed floor plans and new online application forms streamlined the user experience, making it easier for users to find and apply for housing. Visit the site.
